SCRA Water Ski Club is a non-profit, volunteer organization whose mission is to promote water skiing and wakeboarding as healthy and fun alternatives for young people and to encourage community involvement among its members. It is not necessary to be a lake resident to participate in the club.

Founded in 1956, SCRA Water Ski Club is one of the oldest continuously operating water ski clubs in the United States. It provides weekly instruction to its members, primarily children, who are interested in learning to water ski and wakeboard. Once proficient in the basics, participants move on to slalom skiing, trick skiing, ski jumping, and advanced wakeboarding. Club members have successfully advanced to regional and national competitions In addition to instruction, the club sponsors tournaments and ski shows that attract participants from other clubs in the area.
